Far Photography is an online web based print store located in Hillarys, Western Australia. All landscape prints are digital files and can be printed at home or taken to a professional printers.
Q: What are your hours of operations?

Q: How do I place an order?
There are 3 ways you can place an order
1- Online through the website, by adding your image to the shopping cart and checking out.
2- By calling directly on +61 422 918109 or
3- By email though your order to info@farphotography.com.au, stating the print title and size along with your details. You will be contacted within 48 hours.
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can order and checkout as a guest without creating an account. Alternatively starting your own profile account will give you access to special offers, new releases and loyalty discounts.
Q: Can I frame my artwork at home?
Yes absolutely! We have provided the print in the largest size within each size range. This file can be downsized to fit your frame or alternatively cropped. For more information on Sizes please refer to our size chart
Q: Do you sell unframed artwork?
All our artwork is unframed and not printed. You are buying the digital photographic file. This is a digital product that is downloadable directly onto your computer. You can choose to take this print to a professional printers or print it at home yourself. Alternatively you can choose to custom order one of our landscape prints. All custom orders can be printed inhouse and shipped to anywhere in the world in a postal tube. Should you wish to have your artwork framed, the print can be printed and framed and delivered to any address in Australia. Q: How do I hang my artwork?
Customer orders - Framed and mounted prints are delivered ready to hang on your wall. A care and hanging sheet is included with every order.
Q: How do I know how big my final print will be?
All sizes stated are print sizes.
All digital downloadable prints are digital files only and not printed.
Should you wish to order a printed landscape photograph the following applies -
*Rolled prints will be printed with a 2 to 4" space around the image for framing.
*Acrylic & Metal Mount images are frameless prints and the same size of the original print.
*Fine Art Framed are set behind a white matt board and white timber frame. They are approx 15cm to 30cm extra on each axis. Eg. 60cm x 40cm print becomes 75cm x 55cm framed print. As the print size increases, the matt board and frame width increases. A large print 160cm x 40cm becomes 190cm x 72cm framed.
*Box Framed prints are only approx 6cm larger on each axis. Eg. 60cm x 40cm print becomes 66cm x 46cm box framed
*All prints are handmade to order, for this reason there are small variations on the final product sizes produced., please allow for this when measuring your space.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal Express.
Q: When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card or payment service will be billed at time of order.
Q: Do you store my credit card information?
Far Photography.com.au does not collect or process credit card payments manually, all purchases are facilitated through our website or money received as bank transfers. Far Photography.com.au is powered by Shopify. Shopify is a certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant website and ecommerce platform. (PCI compliance includes but is not limited by: Maintaining a secure network, Maintaining a Vulnerability Management Program, Regularly Monitor and Test Networks, Protect Cardholder Data, Implement Strong Access Control Measures, Maintaining an Information Security Policy) For more information on Shopify's security and compliance click here.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we do. Even though we are a custom order small business we understand that sometimes items ordered online aren't quite what we thought or don't fit the space. We will re-credit you the total amount of the print minus delivery. Terms and conditions apply, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section below for more information. Digital prints cannot be returned once purchased.
Q: What if my print is damaged whilst being delivered?
Our packaging has been designed to help reduce the potential for damage or breaking, but we can’t control what happens during transit. If your print arrives damaged or broken, please contact us! We will happily replace it, but we’ll need a picture of the damage. Requests must be received within 10 days of delivery, and must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review. If your request is approved, we will pay for the cost of shipping the new product to you without delay.
Q: Can you ship to a PO box?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service.
Q:How do I check the status of my order?
You will be sent order updates via email, at every stage of the order and printing process. Alternatively you can contact us directly anytime for an update on the status of your order via email or phone (+61 422 918109 GMT+8 between 9am-7pm AWST).
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready to be shipped/delivered we will send you an email, confirming the tracking number. An email confirmation is sent at every stage of the delivery process. You can track your order directly by using the "track order" link on our website page, located in the footer section.
Q: Do you sell Gift Cards?
Q: Yes we do. You can find the Gift card link in the footer section of our website.
